Domestic transit time:

The transportation time of domestic goods is generally 2-7 working days. This time may vary due to Courier services in the distribution area, inconvenient transportation in the distribution area, and major force majeure events occurring inside and outside the distribution area.

International transit time

Under normal circumstances, the shipping time of international orders is 4-22 working days. The exact time depends on the delivery company you choose. When you choose a Courier at checkout, we can provide a more specific estimate.

Dispatching time

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of payment.

Our warehouse operates during standard business hours Monday through Friday, except for national/state holidays, when the warehouse will be closed. In these cases, we take steps to ensure delivery delays are kept to a minimum.

Change delivery address

For requests to change the shipping address, we can change the address at any time before the order is sent.

Out of stock goods

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for it to arrive before shipping. While waiting for the item, the existing item in the order will be kept.

Beyond delivery time

If the delivery time exceeds the estimated time, please contact us so that we can investigate. We are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by Courier companies/EMS or for any factors beyond The control of The Art Loom. We will do our best to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time mentioned in the order confirmation.

Tracking notification

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking link through which they can track the progress of the shipment according to the latest updates provided by the shipping provider. Please wait 24 hours for the tracking link to correctly display the status of the shipment.

The parcel was damaged in transit

If you find that the package has been damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the express package and contact our customer service.
